PARTS OF THE HOUSE

British English vs. American English

Nowadays, there's a lot of confusion about what are the exact words and expressions belonging to British English and the ones typically American. That's the main reason for this activity, that is, to throw a light to this difficult point when learning English. Now, do the proposed activities following the order and do not forget to post all your answers.

2. Spelling (= ortografía). Say which words are American and which are British. pay attention to the spelling of the word and try to infer (= deducir) the rule:
- Centre.
- Harbor.
- Neighbour.
